I guess this isn't technically possible because file paths change between Win & Mac (and also slashes go in the opposite direction), but does anyone know any time-saving tricks? It's annoying to have to constantly navigate to my destinations in my Windows guest VM even when I have the destination's Finder window open in my Mac host. Also, I've noticed that my Mac aliases are not even displayed in Windows. This is a major nuisance for me!

Thanks in advance for any tips.

if you want to see your Mac desktop shortcuts in Windows, make sure you have Desktop sharing enabled (Configuration --> Options --> Sharing)
All Mac paths in Windows start with Z: (usually Mac home folder under Z letter)
