Elric or anyone else, internet connect help

I'm having some of the same issues as others on here connecting to the internet on the windows side with my mac. I've tried to resolve with some of the assistance on here but no luck. ID is 18495759. Any help is greatly appreciated!

 

Have you gone thru the network troubleshooting article in the KB? (it's in my signature).

 

Yes I have and no luck. I did have a normal ping though.

If this still doesn't solve it, then, the last step of the my initial KB article suggestion says to Contact Support, that's what you should do: https://www.parallels.com/support/request/
