    Hi Guys

I am contemplating getting a second copy of Parallels to run on another machine.

If I do that, will I be able to control both machines from the Mobile app?

Also there is a pricing anomaly on the website https://buy.parallels.com/329/purl-us-pd8f which shows it's cheaper to buy 2 licences than one!!

What is the price of an additional license if I already have one (loyal customer since PD6 :) )

    Thanks
    Mal

I would want to add some questions. If I purchase 1 license, can I install it on one or more machines?

It's definitely one license per machine ... What I could not and still do not understand why it's as cheap to buy 2 new licenses as it is to buy one.

I "chatted" with support who did not give a satisfactory reply.

  4. Cheaper? It isn't cheaper to buy two licenses than one, there's a 20% discount on the 2 license pack, but it's still more expensive than one.

    My results:

    1 license:
    79.99 EUR + VAT (19%) = 95.19 EUR

    2 license pack:
    99.99 EUR + VAT (19%) = 118.99 EUR

The two license pack is a different product, if you change the quantity from 1 single license to 2 you don't get the 20% discount.

    In my geography it's
    1 License = £77.34 (64.99 + 19% VAT) Odd in itself cos UK VAT is 20%
    2 License = £77.42 (65.03 + 19% VAT)

I am sure it was cheaper a few days ago but even so the additional license costs 8p if bought that way

  6. Woah, very odd indeed, tried different currencies, and only GBP had that 'problem', someone made an error when keying in the 2 license pack price for GBP, I say you should take advantage of that while the error is on, as they can't charge you more than they advertise!
