just to clarify- did you try to reinstall Parallels Tools from Virtual Machine menu --> Reinstall Parallels Tools?
Well that's Parallels Tool issue than. If you don't have Parallels Tools correctly installed none of Parallels Tools feature can work. (Shared folders, smart mouse, coherence, video, a lot more) You can either contact support at www.parallels.com/support/request or try to reinstall tools manually with this KB http://kb.parallels.com/8969
i suggest you to submit Support request at www.paralles.com/support as this usually makes any game issue to be addressed individually and submitted faster for investigation if needed
