Can't even try the product

I want to try this program out before I think of buying it because it looks really nice.
But I can't seem to even get a trial key for the program.
I don't know what to do except try a different parallel program.
Please help!

I have downloaded from http://trial.parallels.com/index.php?lang=en&terr=us
Then there is a button somewhere (it was two weeks ago, I can't say exactly where) in the interface, labeled "Get a trial key" or something like this. Just click that button and you are good to try the product during two weeks.

 

You get the trial key by email, make sure you give a real email and check the spam folder.

 

The problem though is that I get the email but with no trial key.

 

And what does the email say? Title and and contents?

The last time I got a trial key was for 6 (by mistake, I only wanted to download the installer).

The subject was: "Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac Activation Key"
