Can't install programs

    Just installed PD8. Windows XP. Can't install programs. Says setup.exe not a valid Win32 file.
    Perhaps they should get all the bugs out before release. I very much dislike working with windoze anyway . . . now this.

    I have a Windows XP migrated from PC, but haven't installed much in it.
    You don't give many details about what you are trying to install. Can you install it on a PC ? Is it a 32 bits software ?

    Odd thing, this morning I put the install disk in and it recognized it. Installation went off without a hitch.
    Just one of those windoze things, I suppose . . .
