New user here. I keep getting a message asking me to reenter my activation key. Any idea what is going on? I'm using Parallels 7 on Mountain Lion. Thanks.
What kind of activation key is it? It might be trial if you one downloaded the app from our website. Please clarify which activation key is it exactly?
i suggest you to contact our customer service on www.parallels.com/support - they will handle and licensing issue
I've done that. The first suggestion worked for 3 days, then the problem reoccured. I'm now on the second try - we'll see if that fixes it.
