So ive installed parallels on my macbook pro and all i seem to get upon start up is blank screens and it wont let me click on anything and wont even let me close out of parallels at all. I've tried live chat and it says they're experiencing a large volume of calls and the site wont even let me submit an email support ticket! Seriously running out of patience, any ideas what would be causing this blank screen problem? Thanks Nick
Can you pease describe the issue in details. Were you upgrading? from which version to which? What Vm are you truing to start? Did it work before an upgrade? is it boot camp vm?
