How to disable keyboard layout syncing with Windows?

    Hi,

    I'm using a custom keyboard layout on my Mac, but whenever I use Parallels it automatically re-selects the default keyboard layout by Apple. How can I disable this behavior?

    Shutdown your VM and edit it's config.pvs manually using a text editor.
    Search for "KeyboardLayoutSync" tag and change it's <Enabled> tag from 1 to 0.
