I want mac drop-down menus back

Ever since upgrading to OS 10.8, I've lost the mac drop-down menus when in fullscreen mode. This is true even after the most recent Parallels 7 update. I might be one of the few people who likes having the drop-down menu appear when I mouse-over the top of the screen; but I really do use it a lot. Does anyone know of a way to re-enable it? Thanks.

 

It sounds like you are not using the "Use Mac OS X Full Screen" option. Enable it in the Full screen settings for the VM.

Is the use hot corners option selected on the same preference page? Try unticking it if so.

 

Hot Corners are not enabled. Thanks for the suggestion, though. Any other ideas? Thanks.
