I am running Windows 7 Home Edition in Parallels 7. I have been using it since around February with no issues, but last night it stopped running the internet. It wont connect to the internet, while my Host OS (Mountain Lion) is working fine. I don't know what to do. Any help would mean a lot.

I am having this exact same problem. As far as I can determine, it started after I upgraded to Mac OS X 10.8.1.

I have tried both shared and bridged networks, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels Tools. I've reinstalled both Parallels 7 as well as the Mac OS X 10.8.1 update. Nothing is resolving this problem.

    Help!

Anyone? I can't seem to figure it out after restarting the router, changing DNS to 208,67,222 etc. I guess its a Parallels issue

By any chance, do you have McAfee antivirus installed with auto-updating enabled? I think they sent out a bad update that killed networking. I got an e-mail from them yesterday with detailed instructions on how to reboot into safe mode with networking and download a tool from mvt.mcafee.com to repair the damage. After doing so, my networking is working again. I hope this helps.
