How to re-install Windows! please help!

hi !
I have a quick question. I want to move my existing copy of Windows 7 and Parallels to another computer, however when I first bought Windows 7 it was through the Convenience Store download! How do I re-download and re-install it on another machine (Parallels already all set and running...?)

Can anyone help me?

All you have to do is move the .pvm file from your virtual machine to the new computer. You don't have to reinstall Windows.
