Hi, I'm using parallels on the mac. Is there a way to totally remove / hide the status bar? I keep trying to close a windows folder by clicking on the top right, but the status bar pops up and I click and go out of "full screen" mode. In the attached screen shot - I end up clicking the blue button, top right.

This means there is no status bar popping up when you move your mouse to the top of the screen. Goto the configuration for the particular VM and untick the use Mac OS Full Screen option. I have it ticked, but sounds like you want to untick to get the desired effect Note to Parallels - Please, please leave this option in future releases. It is particularly important for a nice experience when running Windows 8, as the corners enable functionality and the Mac OS full screen mode gets annoying
