Parallels won't open on mac!

    I installed Parallels on my mac, but when I tried to open it, it said that I had Parallels PWS2.1 and that I can't use it on this version of Mac OS X. I have version 10.6.8. I'm new at this so if you could put it in simpler terms that would be great. Thnx!!
