I *JUST* upgraded to 7.0, from 4, 5, & 6. I'm paying Parallels $49 every 8-9 months. Now I'm having to upgrade to 7.0.x because I bought it a few days early? RIDICULOUS! 7.0 buyers should ALL get the Mountain Lion upgrade. If not...can you say Fusion? Tired of pouring money into Parallels' contrived cash cow of upgrade cycles. The OS upgrade cost less than a few lines of new code for 7.0.x.

    Hi Russell

I won't weigh in on the 4,5,6 and 7 upgrade cycle, but isn't any version 7.x.x update free for version 7 users? Only the major version updates (8 would be the next) would be a pay-to-update...

At least, Parallels auto updated itself to Mountain Lion compatibility without any fuss about payment for me, and I've had 7 since it came out.

Wow... What the hell... If you are on PDM7 you just need to check for updates within the app to get the latest version compatible with ML, or alternatively you can download it directly from Parallels site, free of charge.
