while installing this program on my PC in the "preparing to transfer portion", the installation freezes when it's identifying user profiles. I called support and they said close the installation and restart my PC. I did this twice and it does the same thing. I checked my user profiles and they are all open, not private. Anyone have an idea how to get past this problem and continue with the installation? Thanks.
