Creating a new VM AND website fail

Hi

Running Win 7 in Parallels 7. Tried to create a VM for XP. New VM fails to find the install CD even though it is clearly visible and accessible on the Windows Desktop. The problem report id generator fails - can not connect. How odd, as IE And Safari are both working fine. Can not create a support request on the website - hangs when I finally get a chance to post it. What a drag. Tried calling support but after 10 minutes on hold they hung up.

Very glad the Win VM was a whim.

Strange - how can you see installation cd on the Windows Desktop if you haven't installed Windows yet....
