MS Project Insert Key not working in Parallels 7?

I struggled with this, and wanted to post in case it helps others. After installing Parallels 7 to run Windows 7 on Lion, the insert key on my MS Naturals keybd stopped working to insert new tasks in MS Project. Bugger! The fix was to create a new keybd mapping under Parallels prefs (cleverly hidden behind an Alt+Click on the little "||" icon on the menu bar of OSX).

It was not straightforward for me, so I thought I'd post about it...

What you have to do is create a new mapping in Parallels keybd preferences as follows:

1. Click the little "+" to add a new mapping

2. For "From" click in the text box at the end of the row and type "Alt+insert"

3. For "To" use the picklist to select "insert"

4. KEY: You need to click on the little "Alt" button in the row of "From" buttons to DESELECT it (otherwise you have mapped "ALT+insert" to insert rather than simply "insert" to insert - this is the "weird part."
