Stuck progress bar while migrating

I have been migrating my windows files to my mac today via my local network and everything was going fine until I started transferring my data. The progress bar in the window is stuck with 0% even though I have a good network connection to my PC. I have let it run for 4+ hours hoping it would break the loop but unfortunately it hasn't and now I'm here. Picture of problem is attached. Any help would be appreciated.

 

And yes, I tried restarting it multiple times.
