    Hello,
I want to do a fresh install of everything in my MacBook Pro, but I need to know the correct way to transfer my parallels license.
I own 4 licenses of Parallels and I dont want to make any mistake.

    Thank you for your help.

What version Are you using now? Is it an upgrade version? you need to keep all the activation keys and just enter them according to instructions after Parallels Desktop installation)

Hi. I have to move my files to a new machine due to a crash of the old iMac. I have installed Version 7 on my new Mac Air but when I try to use the activation keys it returns invalid. I have the keys for the original Version 5, the Version 6 upgrade, and the Version 7 upgrade. It won't accept any of those as valid. How do I get this to work?

Thank you for your fast response, here is my setup:

    Mac OSX 10.7.3
    Parallels Verison 7.0.15055

The problem here is that I have several macs running parallels and I dont know wich activation key corresponds to a specific mac, Is there any way to "see" what activation key is in a specific parallels installation?

I don't want to use a key that does not correspond to this mac.

    Thank you for your help.

you can check key yourself in all versions below PD 7 (Parallels Desktop menu --> Activate) but for PD 7 - you need to contact Customer service.
