Network issues on clean install

Running OSX 10.7.3, with Parallels Desktop 7..
When I try to install, I am getting these messages:

The system extension /System/Library/Extensions/prl_netbridge.kext was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the products vendor for an update.

The system extension /System/Library/Extensions/prl_vnic.kext was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the products vendor for an update.

Which results in NO networking working.. Help!

 

try to reinstall PD 7 using this KB http://kb.parallels.com/en/112189

 

I was able to remove every piece of parallels and re-install, and I am working now.. Thanx!
