If I want to share some web folders in my Windows 7 emulation, what is the url that someone would use to find my Windows shared folders? I know the comcast URL for shared web folders on my imac. I would use Web Sharing on my mac directly (OS 10.6.8), but I cannot get a password prompt (htaccess etc) to appear. For some reason, a password prompt with htaccess will not work. Maybe I can get htaccess's password feature to work on Windows 7... Thanks. best, Mac
You need to turn on sharing. In Parallels, click Virtual Machine -> Configure, then select Sharing in the list on the left. Hope this helps,
