Mac Desktop Appears in Windows 7

I am using Parallels 5 with Snow Leopard. I previously had it working fine but had to uninstall and then reinstall. Windows 7 launches fine but all my MAC DESKTOP files appear on the WINDOWS 7 desktop. Shouldn't it be the windows desktop. Simarly, if I click on documents it shows the files in the documents folder of my MAC!

It was correct in the previous installation. Does anyone know why I'm seeing my mac files on the windows desktop?

It means the desktop and document folder are synced.
Please go to virtual Machine Configuration > Options > Sharing and disable Desktop and Documents folder synchronisation
