Please, please, please HELP ME!!!!

Please help me....!!!
I work for years on my PC in our company where build wooden frames...
I use Windows XP SP3 and some particular software with dongle like Alphacam....
For a long time I wanted to switch iMac and a few days ago I read about the migration from PC to Mac with Parallels Transporter agent...
So immediately I downloaded, installed on my PC and I made a copy on an external drive... callwith my friend with his MacBook Pro and Parallels Desktop 7 and I hope that everything works...
Go on Parallels, File, Open and take the file "pvm" on my external drive; Parallels work a little (preparation of the virtual machine configuration) then comes a window with a message "must be logged in Windows to complete the virtual machine configuration" so I press ok and.... nothing, black screen!!!!
We tried to leave work for one night but always and only BLACK SCREEN!!!!!
Please please help me... I really want to become an Apple and Parallels user but if work so I just know that it is impossible!!!
I was just thinking that Parallels was my solution...

1. I'm afraid that using a non-descriptive, emotionally infused, title usually yields the opposite results of the ones you pretend.

2. Your data is safe and, as such, your problem is not critical, this is not in proportion to the amount of drama expressed.

3. It might take 24 to 48 hours or longer for someone to answer helpfully and this is normal.

4. Defragment your Windows XP disk, run checkdisk on it ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315265 ) and then try exporting using Parallels Transporter a second time.

I did what you said but have the same result... work on preparation of VM and after ask of accessing to Windows... after this the window is blocked with black screen... all like before!

Experts any ideas, help?!

if it can be of help attach the log ok parallels migration....

 

Have you tried restarting the Virtual Machine?

 

I tried rebooting several times and the process always ends with a black window...
What can I do?!? Abandon the idea of transition to apple?

Nothing else I can do. Submit a a support request with Parallels.
