    Hey guys,

I have a problem running the Parallels testversion on my iMac (27", 2,7 GHz, 16GB, Lion 10.7.3, all updates installed).

The display freezes sporadical (every 2-5 minutes) when I´m running Parallels (with or without running VM, no difference). Win XP as VM runs without problems (until freezing appears).
I can only move the mouse-courser but Lion and VM do not react.

Only working action: pressing cmd+alt+esc on keyboard. Nothing more! I don´t have to quite a programm, they all run fine, just the display freezes.

I already reinstalled the software two times, no change.

I really would like to go on with Parallels, but I´m pretty stumped now, so it would be great if anybody can give me a clue,
    Thanks in advance!!

PS: On my MacBook Pro (also Lion) Parallels is working fine without problems.

We need to investigate the issue as it sounds unfamiliar for me. Submit a support request at www.parallels.com/support - it is free.

    Thanks for your quick reply,
I tried sending a support request but I have some problems getting the Support Code - at my account there is no code shown ("not available") although I activated it via the software interface which was acknowledged.
Activating via the browser had no sucess.

Is it possible to activate test versions at all?

You need to contact customer service and say it is pre-purchase request
