    Hi,

I have a Mac Pro running Lion with PD7 with a Lion and Windows 7 guest OS. I need USB devices to connect to the active VM but the setting in PD7 doesn't seem to work for me. All USB devices used are being plugged into a four port USB hub. When the Mac guest OS is the active VM USB devices connect to it fine. However if the active VM is Windows the USB connects to the host OS.

Is there any fix or work around for this problem?

    Thanks!

Parallels Desktop menu -> Preferences -> USB

Configure here how you want USB devices to attach by default when they are connected. Is it only certain device(s) that you have a problem with?

I have the same issue, and I repro twice via on-line support but no any solution.

I think you don't understand our means. We don't see the "USB HUb" in VM, why?

You need to check in Configuration - if it exists. go to Configure > Hardware > USB. Try to remove it and add it back and reconnect the device

ANY device. I am not talking about connecting USB hub - i posted an instruction on how to recreate it. Did you follow my instructions?
