I am using bootcamp 4.01 with Windows 7 and Lion 10.7.3. I have recently installed parallels. I would like to be able to use both the native partition and the virtualization environment.

    My question:

There is a process on windows startup (a program called hear) that should start when I natively boot on Windows 7. However, this process should not start or be disabled when I use Parallels. Is there a way to selectively disable this process when I use parallels without preventing its automatic startup when I boot on the native partition?

    Thanks in advance

the answer is no. This is completely the same Windows installation. But you can disable it and start manually every time you boot natively to bootcamp
