Program will not open! Help!

Hello,
I bought this program to take an online class, I installed the program successfully and it will not open. When I try to open the program it gives me an error message saying it is not compatible with my MAC, so I looked at the about my mac like the guide book instructs and my MAC fits all the requirements, what should I do?

 

1. Is your CPU/Processor* a PPC (G3, G4...), a Intel Core Solo or a Intel Core Duo (not to be confused with Intel Core 2 Duo)?

If YES, then Parallels 7 is not compatible.


2. What OS X version* are you running?

Should be:

• Mac OS X Lion 10.7 or later
• Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 or later
• Mac OS X Leopard v10.5.8 or later

* press the apple icon on the top left corner of your screen and then select 'About This Mac'

as installatin part over then it should work ,please let us know when the eror message appearing on screen if could provide some more information it will good .
