I want install Parallels Desktop for Mac 7 i have Lion / MACBOOK PRO 15' core 2 duo / 4GB RAM....

PRIOR INSTALL trial, i must have windows purchased? cd or download(may use external cd drive, or download file from NAS Storage?)?

I read one time some manual and said that there are two ways[same applies to 7?] share/transfer files/text/data between win-lion, well what is the best? where they are described? where is the manual for software for mac 7?

installing windows this way required do a backup of all Mac data? is any danger crash or lost?

may upgrade windows installed in parallel before?

hm a few question are still mastery for me - i didn't get what you were trying to ask. Annyway - ys you need Windows installation CD or iso file (iso - is an image file) - real CD or image - it is not important, both can be used to install Windows to the virtual machine.

After installation Windows Virtual Machine - is a separate File on your Mac harddrive - usually located in your Documents folder and has name e.g. "Windows 7.pvm". pvm stands for Parallels Virtual Machine. All your Windows related data and OS itself will be stores it this file.

Read more in the manual http://download.parallels.com/desktop/v7/update2/docs/en/Parallels Desktop User's Guide/

you need CD rom to be working - unless you have other computer where you can create ISO image file from WIndows installation cd. You than can transfer this file to your macbook pro.

There is no need of Mac backup - you installing Windows not on a real hard drive but on virtual hardware - Mac OS sees it as a bundle of files - nothing more.

Select how you want to use Windows

"6 Select how you want to use Windows:
    • Like a Mac: Windows programs appear on the Mac desktop, just like Mac applications.
Documents and media from Mac OS X and Windows are kept together on your Mac.
    • Like a PC: The Windows desktop and programs appear in a single window, separate from
Mac applications. You can drag and drop objects between Windows and the Mac."

for best exchange of data between is best choose first? Linux(rather win on a mac) has equivalent? this choice is permanent and can NOT changed?

This option means the enabling or disabling of shared account, shared applications and a lot of other different options it is more convenient to choose Like a Mac.
There is no such option for linux.
