Parallels not working for other users

I have just downloaded the trial version of Parallels 7 and I have installed Windows 7 on my MacBook. It woeks fine on my desktop (the administrator) but when I change users and try to open parallels up it basically tries to get me to install Windows 7 again. I thought it would work as normal applications and would be available to all users on my Mac. I selected share with all users when installing Windows. What is wrong? Why won't Parallels and Windows 7 open up on my other users?

 

You need to check permissions for your virtual machine pvm file (/Users/Shared/Parallels/)
