Cannot copy/paste from Mac to Windows

I am using Parallels v6, OS 10 X Lion and the guest is Windows 7 Ultimate.

My settings are as described in the manual (sharing isn't blocked, copy paste is enabled, etc.).

Yet no matter what I try, I cannot copy something from my Mac (e.g. a URL in an email) and paste it to Windows (e.g. into IE or FireFox) using CNTRL+V or CMD+V (the key is mapped). Nothing happens.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As always, your first troubleshooting technique should be to uninstall and reinstall the Parallels Tools in the VM.
