No activation email

    I purchased a copy of parallels desktop 7 yesterday but I have not received an activation email. I am sure you can understand my frustration. I have obviously been able to join the forum, so there is no problem with my email address or your ability to email to it. Please resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

    I am aware that this should be going through the support process, but in order to do that I need an Activation code or a product ID (which you can only get with an activation code). So, as I have not received the email I can not use the support part of the website - even though I have read a post explaining how I can (http://forum.parallels.com/printthread.php?t=112112&pp=20) - it does not work! I have been able to download the trial version and received the activation code by email immediately. Will someone who works for the company please resolve this issue.

    hI! I'm not getting the activation email either and I need the activation key!! Please solve my problem!

    Your order was not processed, it is in 'Suppressed' state now. I have created a support request for you, please expect a soon update.

    I could not find any failed order attempts with your data. Please contact customer service and provide a failed order number to have this issue solved.

    You will be prompted to log into your account if you were not logged in previously.

    Please select 'Customer Service and Licensing' category from the first drop-down list. Then select 'Parallels Desktop' as a product.

    Please note that you do not need to have a support code to create such a request.
