Hi everyone I have just installed Parallels 7 without a disc and just the download from the internet. If I do the newest update for parallels 7 do I need to re-install Tools, like you used to or it this taken care of now. As I don't have the disc how would I go about installing the tools again without this. Thanks for any help Regards Gwen
Whenever Parallels gets an update the Parallels Tools installers are updated and kept in /Library/Parallels/Tools. When you launch a VM after updating Parallels, Parallels Tools updating should start automatically, if it doens't you can start it manually, whatever is the case, the installers are already on your computer.
Newest update Hi there Thank you so much for your very prompt reply. I had problems with my computer and I needed to install the latest version. I had to get a computer wizz to do it and he downloaded an electronic version of Parallels 7. This answers my question perfectly. Much appreciated. Tegards Gwen
