Upgraded version 7 and now problems

Can anybody help me, please? Paralleles did an upgrade the other day and since then I can't work in coherence. I've looked all over tbut can't figure out what to do to get it working again. Also my printer doesn't work on windows any more since the upgrade :-( Is anybody else having similar problems?

I solved the problem by downloading Parallels tools again! Problem solved;-)
