Does anyone know how i can retrieve my activation key so I can activate my 7.0 version. I installed Lion and software stopped working correctly. So I checked my system and saw I was running 5.0.9376.600588. I went and purchased the upgrade and the key for the product was requested to activate. I provided key and am being told that this is a 4.0 key, product is out of support and I will need to purchase full version. Does anyone know how i can get the appropriate activation key for my system. The key online is the same key the software rejects. I have the system backed up on time capsule and could in theory take the system back pre-lion and get information if it is available on system. I purchased the product at best buy and it upgraded to 5.0 when I initially installed the product. I didn't think anything of the key at the time. Any suggestions would be helpful.
