Monitor is flickering when playing Anno1404

Hi everyone,

when I play Anno 1404, my monitor in the VM is flickering all the time, but ONLY when I move my mouse or use the trackpad. When I go though the map using the arrow keys, there is no flickering, graphic looks great
In other games there are no problems like this ...

It would be really nice if someone could help me.

This is my setup:
MBP late 09, 2,66 Ghz Core2Duo, OS 10.6.8., Geforce 9600M GT
Parallels 5, Tools are all installed
Windows XP SP3
Anno 1404 King Edition

I've already set everything to high performance, especially in the VM's settings.

now it works fine. I just turned "SmartMouse" on ...
