Upgrade from Parallels 4 to Parallels 7

Hello,

I just bought a new Mac and need help to upgrade my older Parallels 4 residing on my old Mac to the new one. I installed the trial of Parallels 7. If it's possible, kindly list the steps I should take to do this correctly.

Note that according to Parallels Desktop 4 EOL (http://kb.parallels.com/111886), you need to purchase a full version of Parallels Desktop 7.
