I'm running OS X 10.4.8 on a MacBook Pro with WinXP SP2 as my VM.

The wheel on my USB mouse doesn't work, nor does the scrolling with the trackpad.
This problem occurs both in coherence and full screen.

The only reason I use Parallels is to run drafting software that requires the use of my mousewheel!

    Please help.

    Hi there,

I had a similar problem with my Microsoft Mouse with scroll wheel, zoom functionality. Did you reinstall the mouse driver in the windows VM ? I was able to get my mouse working after I re-installed the driver. That may do the trick for you.

Yeah, I have the latest drivers...
Its a logitech, so I had to download all the extra garbage software that comes with it.
    Still no mousewheel.

Hmm... I have used both Logitech, laptop trackpads and Kensington USB mice with the scrollwheel successfully, let's see if we can get to the bottom of this...

What version of Parallels are you running? Have you tried installing and un-installing your Parallels tools? When you are at it, go ahead and try re-installing the drivers too. It often helps... Restart everything when you are done...

    Good luck!

I didn't know about Parallels tools, and that i had to install it in the guest OS.
