I have installed Windows 2003, host-only, disabled DHCP in Parallels, because I want to assign a static IP to the virtual machine. This worked for my linux installation, but with Windows, I see no way to add an IP address. There is no info when I type 'ipconfig /all', there is no local area network entry under Networking.

How can I give my installation a static IP address?

    Thanks,
    Adelheid

Oh well, by installing Parallel Tools. Funny it is not explained anywhere.
