On iMac 24" Mac OS X 10.4.9, when Parallels 1940 or 3188 is installed (but closed) the write performace to an AppleShare server is 3.3MByte/sec on 100mbps ethernet. After unistall Parallels, the write performance return to 9.8MByte/sec (tested with HELIOS LanTest).
    Read perfomance is OK (9.8-9.9MByte/sec).

Please go in Mac "Applications"->"Utilities"->"Terminal" and write
    sudo /Library/StartupItems/Parallels/Parallels stop
Is it change AppleShare server perfomance?

No change at all. The command succesfully unload 4 kexts, but AppleShare server performance did not change.
Performance return normal after Parallels Uninstall only.
