I have allocated more resources toward the XP memory via the Parallels imaging tool but Windows still complains of low memory..

Any idea why this change is not reflected?

Is it complaining about low memory or low virtual memory?

Nothing changes about Windows as far as checking various disk sizes. If windows is complaining about low memory, you need to increase the memory size for your VM. What is it set at now? How much RAM do you have installed?

it is the RAM, it is hard drive space. I have 32 GB allocated to the virtual machine and it only shows 9 when I check the properties of the drive.

Either that's a typo or you're very confused. It is either RAM or Hard Drive space. It seems you are intermixing RAM and Hard Disk space. What is the exact wording you are getting from Windows?

You have to extend the drive space as seen by Windows. I posted something in the thread about it here.

I couldn't extend my drive, a lot of people can't, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones that can.

If not, you do as I did, by moving the Windows VM swap file to the extended portion (I created a drive E with the free space available). That fixed my memory problems.
