Following a recent repair of my MacBook Pro and the subsequent rebuild I have managed to loose the activation key for my Parallels installation. Does anyone know what the magic pathway is to get them to re-issue my key? I've tried nearly 5 different paths through the website and email over the last 10 days with absolutely no response at all from the folks at Parallels. It's like thing are just going into the ether and completely ignored. I'd even be willing to pay the newly additional re-download fee if thats what it takes but I can't get them to respond to allow me to do anything. In about 3 days I'll be DOA. Anyone know what I need to do to get them to retransmit the activation key for the copy of parallels I paid for last summer?
any luck with this? I need to reactivate my parallels as well after a hard drive crash. Where to go? I'm not spending another $30 on phone support.
I have the same issue as picasso, mac crashed, lost the box and activation key, need help getting a new one!
