    Hello,

I would like to manage (edit) an existing VM, my only VM that is, that I have configured to execute when I open/execute parallels.com. I have checked the user manuel but can't seem to find a solution. The VM is Vista, and I am running on a MacBook Pro. The VM is not a bootcamp VM.

    Many Thanks,

    Christian

If you have already set the VM to auto execute than you need to edit the pvs file with an editor and set the property Start auto = 0 to turn that off. Unless you have changed it, the pvs file is normally located in /Users/username/Library/Parallels/vmname/

where username is the user who created the VM and vmname is the name you have given to the VM at the time of creation.

You will either have to shut down the VM and edit the preferences, or delete the pvs file in users name/library/parallels/vm name folder.
sidssp:Editing the file didn´t help me.
