IE in XP VM (non BC) cause Parallels to POOF!!

While attempting to hook up to HP's chat for customer service, Parallels simply disappeared...

This is a Windows XP VM (non Boot Camp).

LOL my HP scanner software update dowmload and install of today
took it down to
suddenly my second screen was empty


afterwards the NT kernal wanted to report to 10.211.55.1
on reopening the saved image
