Since the first beta of Parallels after build 1970, I have reported over and over that certain programs essential for my practice produce fatal errors in the virtual machine which crashes and produces an automated bug report. I have sent perhaps a dozen or two such automated reports to Parallels. I have posted several times to these Boards, usually tolerantly especially when we had betas and release candidates. Now we have had two releases, 3186 and 3188. These same programs still cause fatal virtual machine errors--but different programs bomb in 3186 than in 3188! Ones that did not work in 3186 do in 3188, and vice-versa. They ALL worked in 1970. What if anything can be done to fix a problem that has been reported numerous times over the course of months? To be able to run everything on my Mac is the reason I bought these machines--but I still have to keep an old Dell around because in certain respects, Parallels just does not work.
