Although I can read CDs while in Windows under Parallels under OSX 10.4, I can't right click then "send to..." the rewritable disk since the disk isn't offered on the list of "send to-able devices". Not that im aware of i believe its the to with the way parallels integrates your CD/DVD drive. Even if you insert a blank CD you still cannot create a writeable folder within Windows. I havent tried to use Nero or another burning app. Installing these 3rd party apps usually adds shortcuts to the windows right click menu such as Burn In Nero.
