can some one help!?

hi, can some one please help me out....

I've installed parallels and windows 7 on my mac book, when I try to open windows a message appears saying fatal error, no free memory for XSDT, click to continue rebooting...

I have no idea what I've done wrong or what I can do to...

1- go to run type services.msc- there check messenger service running or not .
2-chek through add remove program the component is installed ?
