Registration failure!

    Hi,

    I bought Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac, unopened retail box. Installation went ok, no problems, then activation, ok also. But when trying to do registration form, I always end up to the same error message: "This copy of Parallels Desktop is already registered to another user account". How can that be possible?!? Same annoying message coming every time I try registrate my activation key. And, as without of that, I can't fill the support form, contact the support chat etc. Can't even use the internal request support - function. How can I solve this...how can my activation key be already registered, I'm definitely the first user for this product.

    I feel your pain I have exactly same issue, its drive me nuts, each time I load up it please activate and register me; I go through and it hey your already activated and registered !
