I am testing Parallels Desktop a a MacBook Pro.
I set the settings as defult (I presume...).
I created a new VM and started installing Windows XP.
The text based setup procedure asks to press "Enter" to setup Windows, but whatever key I press nothing happens.
As I am a novice I could have done some errors.
How is the "Enter" key presumed to be mapped?
How can I restiore the default settings?
    Regards
    marius

By the way, does exist anywhere a "Parallels Desktop keyboard guide for a former Windows user"?

Enter is the Return key. If that doesn't work, that means that Parallels hasn't grabbed control of your keyboard and mouse. At the bottom of the Parallels window, does it say something like "press (some keys) to release keyboard and mouse" (I forget what the key combo is)? If the keyboard and mouse are released, click the Parallels window to have the VM capture your keyboard and mouse.

If it still doesn't work, I'd reinstall Parallels. I've never seen a problem like that.

And you can see the keyboard mappings and edit them in the Parallels Desktop menu -> Preferences -> Keyboard tab.

In Windows, the Enter key on a Mac without an Enter key is fn-return.
