Prob Rep 10106926 I just upgraded to PD7 and a new annoying behaviour exists. Snow Leopard; Win XP pro; Firefox 6.0.2; PD7. I use Nuance PDFReader and read pdfs 'in-browser' Firefox 6.0.2. Tapping and even clicking on the Touchpad does not reliably control the scrolling and selection. A double tap should cause the 'hand' to grab the doc and then move up or down as I drag acros the touchpad. A single tap shoudl 'release' the document. Similar with clicks of the touchpad. Neither works reliably. I can't tap twice to grab the doc consistently and, once grabbed, a single tap or click does not release the document. This happens in Firefox only and apparently not in IE8. I even have troubles manually scrolling with the scrollbar (clicking and dragging).
double tap problems also exist in Inernet Hearts game. Not a high-runner but why don't two taps work to either grab or release in EVERY application? Do you have to program or write touchpad exception handling in Parallels for every single app? Why isn't this bullet-proof? It is so basic a need!
